License Requirements. All drivers must produce a valid ASN Canada FIA National Karting Licence as detailed in the Event Supplementary Regulations. Licence applications received prior to August 10, 5:00 PM will be charged the normal fee of $50.00. Licences applications received after August 10, or at the event, the fee will be $125.00.
Event Entry Form – Entries will be considered received when we have your completed form and payment. Entry forms not completed or which do not show the required signatures will not be accepted If you cancel your entry we will refund you, minus a $50.00 administrative charge. If your cheque is returned by your bank, a $50.00 fee will apply and your entry not be accepted until full payment is received.
Entry at the Event – Entries at the event will be charged an additional $75.00 per class entered. No entries will be accepted after Thursday August 16, 2017 at 6:00 PM. No cheques will be accepted, all payments must be done with a credit card or cash.
Online Pre-Registration – Online Pre-Registration will be available until August 14, 2018. Only drivers who have pre-registered online will have their names show in the official event program.
Registration – Registration will be in the main building. All participants must be registered before they will be allowed on the track to practice. Registration closes Thursday August 16th, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
Kart number – Please ensure that you use the Kart number issued to you when you purchased your National Karting Licence. The kart number issued to you is on the back of your National Karting Licence.
Paddock/Parking – The paddock is reserved for trailers and tent space only. No passenger vehicles will be allowed in the paddock at anytime. Please reffer to the Supplemental Regulations for parking designations. All RV/Camping will be parked in a designated area.
Practice – On track activities are closed August 13 and 14. August 15 and 17 practice is available only to drivers registered for the event.
