Just a reminder, we ask that all participants take the time to review their points total. Please email stefanie@goodwoodkartways.com with any questions and/or concerns. Points cannot be altered after Friday October 25th, 1pm.
Our 2024 season finale will be this Saturday October 26th. Registration will open at 7:30am, with on-track activities beginning at 9am. The Finale will be a special ‘Trophy” race event with an extra race (Pre-Final) built into the format:
Event Schedule:
7:30am – Registration Opens
9:00am – Practice Session (Standard configuration).
TBD – Qualifying (Standard configuration) *2 Championship Points for Pole Position.
TBD – Pre-Final (Standard configuration) *5 Championship Points for Pre-Final win.
TBD – Final (Standard w/ chicane configuration) *Double Championship Points
4:00pm – Podium Presentation / Conclusion of On-Track Activity.
Trophies, opposed to medallions will be presented to the winner of each race group. We will also be recognizing our overall champions during the podium presentation which will include invitations to the 2025 Goodwood Kartways Scholarship Team for those who qualify. We encourage all participants to attend the ceremony as a way to congratulate all of our participants for their efforts this season.
The cost of the Season Finale event will be $100 (plus hst).
As a way to celebrate a successful 2024 racing season and to congratulate our champions we will be hosting our annual Year End Awards Banquet on Saturday, November 16th.
This is a semi-formal event with a 5 course meal, tons of door prizes (automobile products, sports memorabilia, holiday decor, etc), and awesome raffle prizes (sporting event tickets, indoor karting pass, electronics, tools and more). The event is open for all to attend including friends and family.

Tickets will be on sale this weekend during the Final Event. Or you can make arrangements with the office in the upcoming weeks. Ticket deadline is Friday November 1st.
‘Taking The Next Step’ Seminar:
Near the end of each season, we are often asked how to take the next step in kart racing. The next step is Club Racing and it involves owning your own equipment. For the past few years we have hosted a “Taking the Next Step” Seminar. This comes at no cost and has always been very well attended. Topics during the seminar will include kart pricing new and used. Budgets and options, maintenance, our Club Racing schedule and our unique scholarship team opportunities. Whether you are committed to buying your own kart equipment for competition, looking for something second hand for recreational use or simply looking to learn more, this seminar is a great place to start!
