April is almost here, and that means one thing—karting season is about to kick off! Goodwood Kartways will open its doors at 10am on Thursday, April 2nd for private kart owners and TRAK Club Members to hit the track. As the home of the Toronto Racing Association of Karters (TRAK) Club Racing program, we’re putting the finishing touches on an action-packed 2026 season. Here’s what’s coming up:
Club Racing – April Highlights
Storage Locker Move-In
If you’ve reserved a storage locker, move-in begins this weekend! Gates are open 10am–4pm Saturday and Sunday. Lockers have already been assigned, so be sure to check in with our staff upon arrival and before moving in.
Trailer Storage Move-In
Trailer storage move-in starts Thursday, April 2nd. Gates will be open 10am–6pm. Spots are assigned, so please check in with staff before parking.
Paddock Spot Assignment
Our paddock map will be posted before Spring Training for those with dedicated paddock spots. Space is limited, so act fast if you’re looking to secure a spot.
Open Lapping – Green Flag is Almost Here!
The snow is melting, temperatures are climbing, and the track is nearly ready! On-track activities open for private kart owners Thursday, April 2nd, with additional lapping on Friday, April 3rd, 10am–6pm. Spring Training follows on Saturday, April 4th. TRAK Spring Training – Saturday, April 4th
The first official event of the year is almost here! Spring Training kicks off with Rookie Training and Orientation in the morning (mandatory for all new members), followed by Timed Practice for ALL members in the afternoon. Fifteen bonus points will be awarded for participation—a perfect way to start your 2026 season and get ready for TRAK Race 1!

TRAK Race 1 – Saturday, April 11th: BRUNO POLO Memorial Race
The season officially launches with the 4th Annual Bruno Polo Memorial Race, honoring a cherished member of the Ontario karting community. Celebrate his legacy and join us for what promises to be an unforgettable start to the Canadian Karting season! [Click HERE for Event Details.]
