CRKC Championship Standings Bulletin and Information Regarding Upcoming Semi-Finals and Finals

We hope you have all been having a great season! There has been some great racing and alot of smiles both on and off the podium.

As the end of the season quickly approaches, many participants are inquiring about how the championship standings work moving into the ‘playoff rounds’.

This email will help answer a few common questions.

• Points Breakdown:

• Additional point awarded for  1st place qualifier (Indicated by yellow background on standings page).
• 2 drops are allowed out of 10 points race series—Top 8 finishes will be used toward final points standings on committed schedule.
• Only if competitor has less than 8 finishes on their committed   schedule, will we include best result(s) from make-up races.
• Make up races can only be done during regular racing season (before October 6th 2024).
• Competitors with a minimum of 6 races can participate in Semi-Finals (Monday/Thursday/Saturday schedules – Sunday October 12^th & Wednesday/Friday/Sunday schedules – Sunday October 19^th).
• Competitors that compete in Semi-Finals are eligible to compete in Finals (ALL schedules – Saturday October 25^th).

Standings are being updated and can be found on the website. Click HERE to view the Championship Standings. Please take the time to review your standings; any errors can be amended by emailing stefanie@goodwoodkartways.com. It is important to note that points cannot be adjusted or corrected after October 5th!

We are now offering our limited time ‘Membership Renewal Special’. If you renew your annual membership for 2025 by October 5th, the price is $60 +HST! That’s a discount of $69.99! Memberships can be purchased on site or over the phone (905.640.5278).

And finally, our ‘Year End Awards Banquet’ date has been booked for Sunday November 29th. This will be a semi-formal dinner to celebrate our participants and their achievements on track this season! There will be food, door prizes and awesome raffle prizes to be enjoyed by all! Tickets will be on sale during the Semi-Final and Final race events.
